Wellbeing Trainer is for you if…

  • You would like to develop your professional capacity to teach and facilitate insight into wellbeing in a group setting

  • You are interested in mentoring beginner practitioners

  • You are already practising as a Wellbeing Practitioner and have:**:

    o   at least 50 hours training and/or study hours in the principles of innate wellbeing*

    o   had personal mentoring and/or supervision from an experienced mentor of innate wellbeing*

    o   delivered at least 50 hours of coaching, teaching or sharing from the basis of the principles of innate wellbeing*

    o   have testimonials that confirm the quality of your work as a Wellbeing Practitioner

Practitioner Development: Get Lift-Off is for you if…

  • You have already developed your own insightful understanding of the principles of innate wellbeing*

  • You’d like to understand how to get in somewhere and make your first move

  • You are looking for some guidance, mentoring or practical resources that might inspire you or help to get started

What are the Get Lift-off Program pre-requisites?

  • We recommend that you have:

    • had at least 50 hours training and/or study hours in the principles of innate wellbeing*

    • had personal mentoring and/or supervision from an experienced mentor of innate wellbeing*

What are the Practitioner Program pre-requisites?

  • An interest in learning something profound and game-changing about wellbeing

  • A willingness to move beyond any intellectual understanding of wellbeing to a deeper, personal and  embodied understanding

  • A desire to share your experience and be of service to other

What are the Trainer Program pre-requisites?

  • Attendance at our certified Wellbeing Practitioner training or equivalent which means you have:

    • experienced at least 50 hours in-depth learning over a minimum of 6 months about the principles of innate wellbeing and how to point this out in others

    • developed the capacity to listen for and speak from wellbeing when working 1:1

    • developed the capacity to create an Insight space for others (see our Wellbeing Practitioner - Guidelines for Practice)

    • received feedback from clients attesting they have seen something insightful for themselves about their own innate wellbeing as a result of your practitioner sessions
