The overview

This program is designed to educate anyone who wants to understand more about what it takes to have less stress, more wellbeing and thrive at work.

The Six Week program is delivered online through an easy-to-use portal and complemented with live weekly calls where participants can get additional support and have their questions personally answered by our experts. This education can act as a preventative and is a simple, scalable and affordable solution. The program includes weekly video's, summary handouts, weekly experiments and additional free resources. The online approach allows participants to access the program privately and at a time to suit them.

Cost:    £145 per person

What we cover:

  • An introduction to the program, what to expect and how to approach learning

  • Stress in the workplace – what it is and what we think causes it; exposing common misunderstandings

  • How stressful feelings are created and why many techniques of stress-management don’t work

  • How wellbeing works: accessing innate well-being; the true nature and source of resilience

  • How we can be less bothered by other people by understanding more about moods and ‘problem’ behaviours

  • Accessing peace of mind no matter what the circumstances
