This program is designed to educate anyone who wants to understand more about what it takes to have less stress, more wellbeing and thrive at work.
The Six Week program is delivered online through an easy-to-use portal and complemented with live weekly calls where participants can get additional support and have their questions personally answered by our experts. This education can act as a preventative and is a simple, scalable and affordable solution. The program includes weekly video's, summary handouts, weekly experiments and additional free resources. The online approach allows participants to access the program privately and at a time to suit them.
